TORNADO

A supercell thunderstorm with descending funnel vortex: 3 600 particles spiral inward following a Rankine angular-velocity profile — fast near the core, slower outward — while the funnel narrows from cloud-base radius 4.2 m to a 0.35 m ground contact. An 800-particle dust whirl broadens at the surface, and a rotating cloud disk completes the storm.
